Prepared and sent off the publicity material to Palm Springs today. I really need to get some more still photos made up for future use. I've arranged to be at the festival from the 19th to the 21st. That will allow me to hit the two filmmaker parties, the closing night ceremony and, of course, my screening. They've also arranged for filmmakers to meet with industry folks that weekend. I have one meeting set up for that. It looks like Producer Steve Foody, Cinematographer Sasha Rendulic and actor David Zimmerman will all come out for the screening. I'm still waiting to hear back from a few others. We'll have to at least all go out to dinner one evening.

We got into another festival - the New Orleans Film Festival. I'd love to try to attend. I've been to New Orleans several times on business and love the city. It would be a blast to be there for the festival. However, I have other commitments that overlap part of the festival period, so it will depend on when our screening is. It's really nice to have two upcoming festival screenings after the summer drought.
