It's the film festival road trip! Producer Steve Foody and I will spend 10 days on the road, first attending the Sedona Film Festival then the Durango Film Festival.

We've been frantically preparing. In addition to travel plans, we did a photo shoot of the actors today to get an image to use for flyers and post cards at the festivals. Also, I'm preparing press releases to send to papers and radio stations in Arizona and Colorado. I'm using my status as writer on Sweet Home Alabama as a hook. Also, I lived in Denver for two years, so I'll see if the local connection helps me in Colorado.

I finally got to see the issue of V-Twin that featured actress Jamie Elle Mann. The brief article they did was very good and talked quite a bit about the short. There was also an insert photo from the film. I'll copy that and include it in press kits.
